Bell Aquaculture, which has a sustainable fish farming operations, has broken ground on a $5 million expansion at its production facility in Albany.  Bell Aquaculture is the  nation’s largest yellow perch (Perca flavenscens) fish farm, which are raised indoors.  The expansion to another building will help raise the output of fish exponentially.
